Accessibility · Cast Iron CAD

Accessibility statement.

We want the site to be usable by as many people as possible, and we welcome feedback where it falls short.

§ 01

Our commitment.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Standard we target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That covers keyboard navigation, sufficient colour contrast, meaningful text alternatives for images, a logical heading structure, and content that reflows without loss on small screens.

Known limitations

Some detailed engineering diagrams (such as the ten-stage methodology) carry more information than a short alt text can convey; where that happens we provide the key content in the surrounding text. We’re improving these as the site develops.

Tell us about a barrier

If you hit something that’s hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email info@castironcad.com and we’ll help and fix it where we can.

Enforcement

Cast Iron CAD Ltd is committed to making its website accessible. If you’re not happy with how we respond to an accessibility issue, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
